  1. ESP Heaters

These ESP Heaters are widely used in various Thermal Power Plants. Electrostatic precipitation (ESP) is an important integral part of fly ash collecting system which is crucial in the control of TPM present in the flue gases. We ensure smooth functioning of ESP owing to its heating elements that are provided at hopper. There is no problem of clinker formation in these heaters due to collection of ash at the bottom.

  2. Pin Insulators

The Pin Insulators are basically devices that are used to isolate a wire from a physical support such as a pin on a telegraph or utility pole. Features pre- formed, single layer shape; these insulators are made out of non- conducting materials, usually porcelain or glass. Widely used in low cost distribution lines, these insulators are secured to the cross-arm on the pole. There is a groove on the upper end of the insulator for housing the conductor.

  3. Shaft Insulator

This Shaft Insulator is specially engineered for a wide range of ESP (Electrostatic precipitation) applications. These insulators are made of a special ceramic material which is developed to operate at temperatures up to 400°C in a DC field and at voltages of 50kV – 150kV DC typically. These are high in demand in cement works (dust), coal or oil fired power plants, petrochemicals (sulphuric acid mist), pulp & paper (salt cake & lime dust), iron and steel works (dust & fumes), gas industry, refuse incinerator, aluminum refining and glass industry. These insulators help the electrostatic precipitators in successfully removing dust from flue gases.
